How Noxx Dock Booking Works-
Site Configuration- We set up a Noxx dock booking portal for your site & configure it with your sites operational hours, docks/bays, booking types & turnaround times
Carrier Bookings- Carriers make bookings via their web based Noxx portal. Alternatively, the site can make bookings via their booking portal (unlimited Carrier & Operator access!)
Booking Calendar- Operations now have a clear view of all bookings for the day/week/month to assist with resource planning
Permanent Bookings- Permanent bookings can be assigned to carriers, minimising the need for repeated booking entries
Carrier Messaging- Your site can directly message carriers from their booking portal (i.e-delays on-site, changes to traffic management etc.)
Time Slot Adherence Reporting- This reporting feature gives you visibility of time slot adherence for drivers & carriers
